Yes, the customer will need to be home for the installation. The installer will need access to the wifi connection of the home and the Homeowners smartphone to install the Ring App.

We recommend that our customers have a MINIMUM of 500mbps. If you run numerous devices already in your home, then you may want to have speeds closer to 1000mbps. We want your Ring system to operate at peak performance.

The cost of the equipment will be the responsibility of the customer. We will help you pick out the equipment, and provide the equipment upon install (we are a Certified Ring Partner). The prices listed on the website are for Labor ONLY. The cost of the equipment will be added to the final invoice.

Yes. We will come take a look at your residence and determine the type and quantity of devices needed. We will then order the devices and schedule a date for install.
